Windows).
Learn about
changes made to the medical database in all
version 3.7 eMedic programs.
The following changes were made only to
eMedic for Pocket PC (version 3.8):
- You can now cancel when merging a new
database.
- An "Import new database" check box has been added to the Options dialog. If a new database is found, this check box will allow you to import (i.e., merge) the new database. This is helpful
after you install a new database from the
eMedic Editor.
- Fixed a problem in the Conversion Calculator where a comma could be displayed
incorrectly in a negative number (e.g., "-,123.4").
- The pop-up keyboard (i.e., the "input panel") was optimized so it appears
less often.
- The wording that is displayed when you are entering the registration code was
modified slightly to better explain the process.
- When you return to the Home page, the text in the contents of the Quick Find
control is now automatically cleared.
- In the Drip Calculator, the Order and Concentration fields were widened so larger numbers can be
entered.
- In the Dosage Calculator:
- The term "Tablet(s)" was lowered a few pixels to align it with the number
of tablets to administer.
- The Order, Weight, and Concentration fields were widened so larger numbers
can be entered.
- In the Conversion Calculator, the tab order was modified.
- Added a hidden feature where the customer can be given a time-expiring
registration code to enter a debug mode to test registration key.
